Your role:

In this role you will be responsible for building and growing partnerships with sports-and-wellness venues (gyms, studios, pools, fitness clubs) to join our merchant network and deliver compelling benefits to corporate clients and their employees. You’ll be the driving force behind expanding our network of sports venues and helping working people in the Netherlands stay fit, wherever and whenever they want.

Epassi is a fast-growing digital employee-benefits provider that serves employers and users across Europe, offering sport, wellness, culture, lunch and mobility benefits via a unified mobile platform.

You’ll be successful in this role when you:

• Proactively identify, contact and qualify potential sports location merchants (gyms, fitness studios, swimming pools, wellness centres) to join the BFNL/Workit merchant network.
• Manage the full partner onboarding process for new sports-venues: negotiating commercial terms, aligning documentation, ensuring system integration and activation of the partner on our platform.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing sports location partners: monitor performance, address queries or issues, encourage increased usage by corporate clients, and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (partner operations, product, marketing, customer success) to ensure a seamless merchant experience and maximum partner engagement.
• Achieve defined monthly/quarterly targets for number of new merchants onboarded, activation rate, and partner contribution to network growth.
• Report on partner pipeline, performance metrics and market insights: provide feedback on competitor offers, local sports-venue trends, partner churn risks and potential new service opportunities
• Participate in periodic partner visits, presentations and events to represent BNFL/Workit’s sport/well-being offering, build credibility and strengthen the merchant network.
• Support local market adaptation and execution of sales campaigns related to sports-benefits, ensuring the offer is relevant for both corporate clients and venue partners.

You’re a great fit, if you have:

• Strong interest in the fitness / sport / wellness sector, including an understanding of how fitness venues operate (membership models, class schedules, gym partnerships) and enthusiasm for promoting employee well-being.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (verbal and written).
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, negotiate with external partners and drive the execution of tasks with high responsiveness and attention to detail.
• Self-motivation, resilience and a “get-things-done” mindset: able to operate in a fast-moving environment, manage your pipeline and follow up persistently.
• Basic analytical skills – comfortable working with data (e.g., Excel/CRM) to track partner metrics and report on performance.
• Living in the Randstad region is a plus.
