Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Agile
Project Lead to take charge of a high-impact Identity and Access Management
(IAM) transformation program. In this role, you will be responsible for leading
the delivery of IAM solutions across the organization, ensuring structured and
efficient execution aligned with business objectives. Your leadership and
domain expertise will be key in managing stakeholders, coordinating
cross-functional teams, and driving successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead IAM transformation projects using Agile
methodologies.
- Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and
success criteria.
- Coordinate implementation of IAM solutions such as
SSO, RBAC, Certificate Management, Access Governance, PAM, and IGA.
- Collaborate with technical teams, business units,
and stakeholders to align project objectives and execution plans.
- Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies using tools
such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to
senior leadership.
- Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous
improvement within a matrix environment.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Computer
Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of Agile Project Management experience,
preferably within IAM or IT security.
- Proven experience managing complex transformation
programs.
- Strong knowledge of IAM concepts and technologies:
- Single
Sign-On (SSO)
- Role-Based
Access Control (RBAC)
- Identity
Governance & Administration (IGA)
- Privileged
Access Management (PAM)
- Certificate
Management
- Proficiency in project tools: Jira, Confluence, MS
Project, Power BI, Excel.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (written and
spoken).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication
skills.
- Proactive, analytical, and result-driven approach
with a focus on teamwork.
Nice to Have:
- Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe,
PMI-ACP).
- Understanding of compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR,
ISO 27001).
Experience in large enterprise or regulated
environments
