Your mission
Your contribution plays a critical role in helping us achieve our ambitious objectives of driving customer acquisition and fostering substantial revenue growth. With your expertise and dedication, you are positioned to provide support to our commercial team, empowering them to excel in their roles. 
Your efforts will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of quality across all aspects of the sales process, ensuring that every step aligns seamlessly with our strategic goals and delivers value to our customers. This involves:

  • Manage the full sales cycle
    • This means you collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, support our business development managers in their daily business and help them close deals.  
    • You are responsible for preparing proposals, negotiating and concluding contracts. You work closely with the Strategy & Concepting team when creating these proposals. 
    • You actively use sales tools such as CRM software and other platforms to manage and track sales activity.
  • Conversational excellence and uncovering pain points
    • Communicating with clients and following up on leads;
    • You know how to understand the clients needs and identify sales opportunities.;
    • Keeping up with product and service information and updates;
    • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential leads;
    • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services;
  • Increase upsells and cross-sell 
    • Upselling products and services. 
    • Respond to inbound inquiries from existing customers and provide customer service together with the customer success manager.
  • Willingness to learn
    • You keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital storytelling
    • You're open to new experiences, skills and information that improves your abilities to grow within the company.
Your profile
  • 2+ Years relevant work experience 
  • Bachelor degree (preferably in applied sciences) 
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • Flexible and accommodating to different time zones;
  • Full-time available; 40hrs work week
  • You take responsibility and love to work independently
  • You view things from a client perspective and understand how to make them successful
  • You perform best when working under pressure 
  • You have experience with sales tools such as CRM software, email marketing tools, and other platforms to manage and track sales activity
  • You are constantly searching for new business. While fully aware of the market and its needs.
