As Client Delivery Director, you shape and drive the strategic success of our client partnerships. You operate as a trusted advisor to executive teams, defining the direction and ensuring it delivers measurable impact. From go-to-market clarity and operating model design to revenue performance and integration challenges, you help organisations move from ambition to execution. You lead multidisciplinary teams to turn strategy into action, ensuring every recommendation is grounded in insight, and every plan delivers tangible results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic leadership & client partnership
Serve as the primary point of contact for client executives, ensuring strategic alignment with their commercial ambition.
Translate business objectives into clear, actionable growth strategies and roadmaps, and drive continuous execution & improvement.
Orchestration of multidisciplinary teams
Lead teams across Strategy, Data, Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to deliver integrated commercial solutions, and put forward your acumen on all domains involved.
Bring strategic depth and domain expertise to every stage, ensuring coherence between insight, design, and execution.
Value creation & performance oversight
Own the outcomes. Monitor and accelerate progress against defined objectives, challenging assumptions and steering course when needed.
Continuously identify new opportunities for value creation, from partnership growth and go-to-market acceleration to operational efficiency.
Risk & stakeholder management
Anticipate and manage strategic risks or project disruptions by aligning internal and external stakeholders to achieve a resolution.
Coordinate third-party partners to ensure full alignment with delivery objectives.
You combine strategic acumen with delivery discipline and client leadership. You bring:
10+ years’ experience in commercial, business, or go-to-market leadership roles.
Proven experience in client-facing advisory or consulting capacity, ideally with scale-ups or mid-market organisations.
Strong command of business performance, commercial models, and data-driven decision-making.
Executive presence and the ability to challenge, influence, and build trust at C-level.
Eligibility to work in the Netherlands and based within commuting distance of Amsterdam.
Exceptional English communication skills; Dutch knowledge preferred.
