Join our Digital Trading team and play a key role in creating an exceptional online shopping experience across Rituals’ Website and App. As part of our mission to connect and inspire through meaningful digital experiences, we are seeking a Content Strategy & Insights Lead to enhance our website and app performance across various categories and touchpoints.

You’ll drive innovation in online content formats, translate insights into action, and help shape how millions of customers experience the Rituals brand online.
You will be part of the Digital Content & Operational Excellence team, which sits within the broader Digital Trading team. Together, we oversee the global planning and execution of campaigns across the Rituals Homepage and App, align with local markets, and manage the implementation of evergreen and category-agnostic content. We work closely with Marketing, Digital Marketing, User Experience, our Content Studio, and external partners to optimize collaboration and deliver an inspiring, seamless customer journey.
You will:
• Act as the playbook owner, aligning with category content owners and homepage stakeholders to gather insights and define best-performing formats, trends, and consumer moments.
• Scan the market for innovative content formats and partner with our internal Content Studio and Category Owners to translate ideas into actionable plans across categories and touchpoints.
• Consolidate onsite performance learnings weekly and deliver actionable insights to define future strategies and testing opportunities.
• Align with other channels such as Social and Email to leverage existing content and insights for the Website and App.
• Elevate commercial success by identifying and capitalizing on online-only opportunities, market trends, and seasonality based on content performance insights.
• Oversee Web and App journey planning for digital activations and initiatives, acting as a strategic connector across teams.
