This role is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, reporting to the Head of Commercial Excellence AH MIDI.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and refine the sales forecasting process using JDA tools, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Partner with marketing and supply chain teams to deliver robust demand plans.
  • Manage Vistex rebate operations, ensuring timely and accurate calculations and payments.
  • Act as key user for forecasting and commercial policy tools, driving change management and training.
  • Monitor KPIs, conduct root cause analyses, and implement continuous improvements.

 

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Economics.
  • Experience in various commercial operations including Commercial Policy Design & Execution, Discount & Rebate Management, pricing analysis and data analytics in a complex international environment.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Expertise in forecasting systems e.g. SAP IBP.
  • Ability to thrive in a multicultural, cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency with Excel and analytical tools.
