In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of projects from contract signature through onboarding, after which projects are formally handed over to Operations & Maintenance (O&M).
You will act as the central bridge between management, technical teams, and clients, ensuring that delivery operations run smoothly, predictably, and at high quality. This role combines delivery leadership, operational excellence and client relationship management, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and performance management.

5+ years in portfolio and delivery management, including prioritization across teams.
Strong experience aligning resources with business and client needs
Solid background in process creation, optimization, and continuous improvement.
Hands-on experience working with KPIs and performance metrics
Electrical engineering/industrial automation (or comparable) engineering background, with a strong understanding of the implementation of software and hardware / IoT technologies
Strong communication skills with the ability to report clearly and effectively to senior leadership (COO).
Domain knowledge in the European renewable energy sector
Experience working in startup or scale-up environments.
Ability to speak Dutch
Key Responsibilities
Own a portfolio of delivery-phase projects from signature to onboarding.
Set clear priorities across the portfolio in collaboration with management and sales.
Coordinate closely with delivery and engineering teams to ensure:

Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers and Project Engineers (8)
Set clear performance expectations, provide structured coaching, and conduct regular reviews.
Design, document, and continuously improve best practices,
Capacity Planning & Resource Allocation
Lead capacity planning across projects and teams.
Ensure optimal resource allocation based on priorities, availability, and skills.
Anticipate delivery bottlenecks and proactively mitigate risks.
Client Relationship Management
Act as a trusted delivery partner for clients during the delivery phase.
Build long-term client relationships based on transparency and reliability.
Serve as the primary escalation point for functional and delivery-related issues until handover to O&M.
Operational Excellence & Process Management
Define, implement, and continuously optimize delivery and operational processes.
Drive structured improvements across onboarding, handovers, and cross-team collaboration.
Ensure scalable operations as the portfolio and organization grow.
