In order to continue growing rapidly, we are looking for a data-driven Digital Media Marketing Specialist to join our global media team. As a Digital Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up digital campaigns across our European markets, boosting awareness and preference and connecting more customers to our services. 

These are some of the key components to the position:

  • Developing and implementing digital media strategy to support company and country goals.
  • Setup local and global Awareness & Preference campaigns on video, display and social media platforms.
  • Monitoring, analysing and optimising performance of campaigns.
  • Reporting to internal stakeholders and making recommendations to improve performance.
  • Developing a testing roadmap for the programmatic channels.
  • Take a leading role in the creative automation process.
  • Initiating and maintaining relationships with external business partners like Google, publishers and our agency partners.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Marketing & other departments.

What will you bring to the table?

  • You have 2–3 years experience with digital advertising on either the client or agency side.
  • You have hands-on experience with a DSP, ideally Google DV360, and can create programmatic strategies.
  • Proficient in web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Experienced in managing stakeholders.
  • You've worked with or for global advertisers.
  • You're analytical, proactive, accurate, and have strong communication skills. You lead, care, and deliver.
  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree (or equivalent experience) and an advanced level of English.
  • German language skills would be an advantage, however not essential.
