Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries from Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat, ensuring high-quality service.
- Resolve customer issues swiftly and efficiently while maintaining a courteous demeanor.
- Record customer interactions in the CRM system for quality tracking.
- Work collaboratively with the team to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
- Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
- Gather feedback from customers and relay information to management to foster service improvement.
Requirements - Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer service.
- Experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to customer inquiries.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software is a plus.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
