What you’ll be doing:
As our Employer Branding Intern, you'll help enhancing our brand presence. You’ll work on:
Influencer Program Coordination: Support our Talent Acquisition community to drive the influencer program across several local markets. You will also have the opportunity to propose an influencer strategy for our head office, collaborating with our Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding team.
Career site Content Management: Make adjustments to the careersite, including edits and publications when necessary.
Project Coordination: such as vacancy and content translations, content creation for campaigns, and managing YouTube content preparation and publication.
Content Creation: Depending on your skills, support content writing for platforms such as LinkedIn, career site and internal magazines.
Trends and channels: Partner with our Recruitment Marketeer and inspire our team with channels, content and messages which resonate with our future team members for stores and offices.
You’re currently studying HRM, A&O Psychology or Marketing (bachelor/master).
You’re available 4–5 days a week for 6 months, starting February 2026.
You’re fluent in English, both spoken and written.
You’re passionate about employer branding and eager to learn
You’re proactive, have strong communication skills, and are not afraid to take initiative.
You thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
