  • Coordinate compliance initiatives from a project management perspective, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and proper resource allocation

  • Act as central coordinator between European HQ, local subsidiaries, local counsels, and external advisors on compliance matters

  • Facilitate compliance working groups and cross-functional project teams across Europe

  • Maintain compliance documentation and knowledge management systems

Legal Support

  • Provide proactive compliance review, advisory, and risk assessment for the European region's daily operations, major contracts, investment projects, and marketing activities, ensuring robust and compliant business operations.

  • Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience in compliance coordination, legal project management, or related roles, preferably in multinational corporate environments

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external advisors on compliance initiatives

  • Familiarity with European compliance topics (labour law, ESG, antitrust, IP, marketing regulations) from a coordination or generalist perspective

  • Background in automotive, manufacturing, or international trade sectors is advantageous
