Expert Engineer (In Home)

Your Skills & Expertise:

• Experience in testing and certifying in-home internet equipment (Wi-Fi access points, cable modems, L3 cpe, IoT equipment etc.).
• Expertise in internet network standards (DOCSIS, FTTH, DHCP, TR-069, SNMP).
• Proven ability to work effectively with vendors to resolve issues and drive improvements.
• Proficiency in firmware and configuration deployment on customer devices.
• Skilled in creating test plans, writing scripts, and using testing tools (e.g., Spirent, CDRouter, Octoscope).
• Automation knowledge for process and task optimization (BASH, Python, etc.).
• Proficiency in Linux command-line tools and system administration.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks, including backlog management and user story refinement.
• Preferred certifications: technical (CCNA+, CWNA+, ISTQB/TMAP), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), or similar Agile certifications.
