You are the one who elevates the experience to the highest level, crafting a unique brand journey each day for both our guests and your colleagues. With a deep passion for mental well-being, retail, and immersive events, you guide each visitor on a personal voyage that nurtures the soul.

Your responsibilities in this role include:

• Collaborating closely with your team, the Body & Mind Manager, and the Assistant Manager Mind Oasis to achieve both personal and store goals;
• Handling telephone bookings and responding to incoming emails with care and efficiency;
• Ensuring the Mind Oasis remains immaculate and aligned with our brand standards, presenting products and treatment spaces in accordance with Rituals’ visual merchandising guidelines;
• Adhering strictly to all in-store safety procedures.

• Relevant experience in a comparable role within retail or hospitality;
• A strong passion for Rituals’ offerings, experiences, and events;
• Affinity with mental wellbeing, and the ability to guide guests through our Mind Oasis journeys;
• Vibrant energy, a customer-centric mindset, and a collaborative spirit;
• Decisiveness and a keen problem-solving ability;
• A sharp eye for detail, with a well-organized and structured work approach.
