Description:

We are looking for an experienced and highly capable Senior IBM Integration Designer (IID) Developer with a strong working knowledge of IBM BPM/BAW.
The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of hands-on experience with IID and a solid background in BPM workflows, human services, integration patterns, and SOA-based architectures. This role demands both technical depth and leadership, involving end-to-end solution development, cross-team collaboration, mentoring, and contribution to solution architecture and deployment strategies.


Requirements

Must have:

8+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Integration Designer (IID)
Strong working knowledge of IBM BPM/BAW including BPDs, Human Services, Coaches, and Decision Services
Experience with IBM WebSphere Process Server and Application Server
Deep understanding of SOA and EAI architectures and service-driven design
Proficient in Java/J2EE, XML, XSLT, XPath, and SQL
Experience with SOAP/REST services, IBM MQ, and system adapters
Familiarity with version control systems (Git, SVN) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, UrbanCode, Maven)
Agile/Scrum experience with full participation in sprint ceremonies? Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities? Design, develop, and deploy process-centric and integration-centric solutions using IBM IID and IBM BPM/BAW
Lead implementation of BPDs, Advanced Integration Services, Human Tasks, and Business Rules
Build and manage integrations using SOAP/REST, IBM MQ, JDBC, and system adapters
Collaborate with solution architects, product owners, BAs, QA, and DevOps teams
Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical designs
Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and perform performance tuning
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
Troubleshoot issues across Dev/Test/Prod environments
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimation
