Innovation Operations Specialist

If so, we want you to join us as an Operations Coordinator in our Innovations Department at Rituals!

In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our New Product Development process. You’ll work closely with packaging designers, product developers and external partners to ensure everything is on track and deadlines are met. Your organizational skills will help bring the most amazing products to life - products that will delight and inspire our customers around the world.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate & Organize: Take charge of planning of packaging artwork agencies, samples, mock-ups and project timelines. You optimize our processes and develop and take the Admin role of our (software) tools to enable our team to the max (a.o. Webcenter, Asana, STEP, excel, ppt).
• Be the Go-To Person: Act as the main point of contact for internal teams and external partners like artwork agencies.
• Keep Things Running Smoothly: Handle administrative tasks like scheduling, time planning and general project coordination to ensure that everything is in place for successful outcomes.
• Foster Collaboration: Organize meetings, briefings and supplier visits to ensure smooth communication between all involved in bringing new products to life.

• Are an excellent communicator and enjoy working with diverse teams, motivating and coordinating people to get things done.
• Are goal-oriented, love tackling multiple projects at once, and have a knack for structuring and optimizing, while being keen of all the details. You are tech-savvy thus love to optimize our ways of working with our software tools.
• Bring positive energy, a can-do attitude in a high-pace environment, an ability to thrive, and even bring a little humor to your work.
• Are fluent in English (both written and spoken) and have a talent for getting your point across clearly and effectively.

Your Background:

• A Bachelor or Master degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in project coordination, operations or a similar role, preferably in a creative or product development environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, while never losing you keen eye for details.
• Experience with packaging artwork processes and New Product Development is a pre.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to collaborate and motivate people.
• Solid communication skills (English must).
