We have an opportunity for a passionate Solution Architect to join our EMEA Services Delivery function responsible for delivering innovation, consulting, professional and managed services to our clients across the full range of technology and software offerings, delivering a scaled, consistent client experience and methodology through four centres of excellence (COE).

The Role:

Reporting to the Director of Technology in Insight EMEA Technology Solutions Group as the Solution Architect you will:

• Coordinate all aspects of the development of a selection of offerings at Insight EMEA, from inception through full stack service design, marketing and sales enablement.
• Own and control the continual improvement and development of those offerings for Insight EMEA using Agile methodologies for minor and major revision cycles.
• Lead a virtual team comprised of Sales, Sales Enablement, Strategic Alliances, and Services COEs teammates.
• Work with Offering Developers in North America and APAC on global offering alignment and requirements readiness.
• Be responsible for driving the standardisation of the technical pre-sales, statement of work (SOW) and contract terms, transition/transformation, and delivery phases of a service lifecycle.
• Be a key stakeholder of Opportunity Reviews for the region.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of developing service solutions andrunning virtual, leveraged project delivery or operational teams in a multi-location/global technology company.
• Prior experience of taking new technology solutions to market, and strong knowledge of one or more relevant vendor partners’ products and services.
• Experience across a range of job functions (Operations, Engineering & Architecture essential).
• Experience or knowledge of Service Delivery Management, Knowledge of Business Processes (sales, billing etc.) an advantage.
• Fluent English language skills.
