Internship Content Marketing

We are looking for an intern for the Group Marketing & Communications (GMC) department of one of the world’s largest credit insurers - Atradius.

As an intern at GMC you will join the Content Team. Group Marketing & Communications has the role to clearly and effectively communicate Atradius’ business strategy, goals and initiatives (including sustainability), and the value of our products and services to internal and external audiences. As an intern, you will support us to position Atradius as a Thought Leader in the Credit Insurance space – which encompasses all areas relating to sustainable global trade.

This hands-on and fast-paced role requires a proactive attitude towards brainstorming, executing and delivering marketing and communications content. It is a good opportunity for a student or post-graduate candidate to gain experience within an international corporate environment.

This is an internship, full-time position (40 hours per week), for 6-12 months based at the Atradius headquarters in Amsterdam. A work permit for and residency in the Netherlands is a prerequisite for the internship.  Ideally you will already be located in the Netherlands. We have a hybrid working model which means we combine working from the office with working from home.

Main responsibilities
The job will cover a variety of work supporting the various marketing communications functions including:

• Writing content (e.g. blogs, articles, video scripts, snappy paragraphs, etc)
• Working with various tools to deliver content in different formats (e.g. video)
• Working with expert networks within Atradius to gather expert opinion
• Gathering and providing regular feedback for constant improvement
• Sourcing imagery and working according to brand guidelines
• Content storing and repurposing
• Administration tasks to support the team.

Further activities may include: 

• Providing general support for GMC activities
• Supporting various branding tasks and other Group marketing projects

 Job requirements 

• A good general grasp of business gained either through studies or other experience, preferably studying towards or having completed a marketing or business degree
• An interest in the topic of sustainability – especially from a communications point of view
• High motivation, independent thinking, proactive approach, hands-on and problem solving mentality
• Proficient in English, written and spoken; additional languages are beneficial
• Intercultural awareness and culturally sensitive
• Good attention to detail, following instructions and procedures
• Flair for writing
