As a leader in your field you will consistently deliver an experience aligned with all our experiential retail pillars - Community & Connection, Memorable Moments, and Inspiration & Innovative
Deliver a world class experience like no other, establishing a personal connection with new and existing customers
Expertly use the welding machine to seamlessly attach bracelets, anklets and rings to our customers, making it a magical experience
You have the ability to be adaptable and genuine in more sentimental appointments
An exceptional knowledge of our product, and welding services, with a strong presence on the shop floor

Life Story & Values - a 30 min video call with our Talent Team for us to get know each other better, asking questions inspired by our three core values
Interview with Store Manager - a 30 min in-person interview for you to meet your Store Manager and discuss your skill-set and experience for the role
In-Store Technical Interview - a 45 min video call where you'll meet one of our Jeweller Mentors to discuss your experience from a technical perspective
