Jr. Supply Planner

As we’re continuously building, scaling and improving our processes along the way, we're looking for an enthusiastic Junior Supply Planner to support this growth within the company. You will be part of the Sourcing, Sales merchandising and Planning team to ensure timely and accurate product management and distribution while maximising availability in our warehouses and stores.

This full-time position is immediately available at our HQ in Amsterdam.

You will be…

• Taking responsibility for the allocation and replenishment of all product categories, to production partners and store network
• Supporting inventory management and ensuring availability at central distribution center and our regional distribution center
• Responsible of daily product trading decisions by analyzing stock and sales
• Responsible for monitoring collection performance across the board
• In charge of product call-backs and product reallocation to boost collection performance
• Supporting special operations roll-out such as markdown sales, archive sales
• Responsible for new collection launches - distribution and allocation
• Supporting new store openings with product availability
• Maintaining our product database to reflect the most recent and accurate information
• Flagging areas where processes and product flows to stores need to be improved
• Working as part of a team to monitor, report and improve supply chain performance
• Closely collaborating with Retail, Logistics, and Customer Experience
• Reviewing business processes and identifying & executing key process improvement
• Participating to Ad-hoc analysis to better understand and improve the business and the planning

• Are someone who aspires to gain practical knowledge in Supply & Demand Product Management
• Have 1-3 years relevant work experience 
• Are a perfectionist and have a sharp eye for detail
• Are organized, accurate, flexible and not afraid to get hands on
• Are a proactive and a good team player
• Keep your cool during busier times with tight deadlines
• Have excellent communication and social skills
• Are solution-driven and think outside the box
• Are great at managing multiple activities and stakeholders simultaneously
• Have strong analytical mind
• Have very strong MS Excel skills - Any experience with ERP systems or planning tools is a plus!
