Constellation Netherlands B.V. is looking for a Junior Accounting Analyst to Assist the Accounting Specialist and the Managing Director with administrative activities, making sure that the office has the necessary supplies, and organizing the work inherent to accounting - preparation and generation of accounting information regarding the operations of international companies to meet legal requirements.




Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Accounting, preferably.
  • Current license to practice the activity.
  • Knowledge of accounting procedures and norms also to provide accounting analysis
  • 1 or more years in relevant experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills on various levels.
  • Team player and multi-tasker.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch (verbal and written) and the confidence to communicate in a multi-cultural, multi-level environment. Portuguese is a plus. 

Prerequisites

Responsibilities:

  •  Assist into preparing monthly reporting packages of the Dutch companies.
  • Assist with preparation and registration of the monthly Cost Sharing Agreement sales invoices.
  • Assist with the registration of the monthly invoices received from the suppliers in the accounting system and generating the purchase orders to be approved by the Managing Director.
  • Be responsible for the physical administration binders, to make sure that all invoices that have been registered in the accounting of the Dutch companies are sorted by date of booking as they have been registered in the General Ledger Cards of the companies.
  • Be responsible for the physical accounting binders ensuring they have all documents based on the Dutch rules and regulations.
  • Assist with preparation of the VAT declaration overviews on a quarterly basis.
  • Assist in the collection of all documents and files required by the Auditor’s, when the audit is being performed on a yearly basis for the Dutch companies.
  • Assist into doing research of the best quotes of suppliers for whatever products are needed for the Dutch office. Be the main contact person to make sure that the whole process has been approved by the Compliance and Finance team in Brazil and Panama.
  • Assist in having the DDQ supplier compliance form be up to date on a yearly basis.
  • Assist the Managing Director with simply tasks, such as sorting of the mail post, make sure that all incoming mail post will be registered into the system and have this up to date.
  • Ensure that the office is organized and assist in buying the necessary supplies to make sure that everything functions optimally.
