By combining deep technical expertise with innovation, our client partners with businesses across multiple industries to support continuous improvement and sustainable growth. The auditor must be based in the Netherlands and have professional or native proficiency in both Dutch and English.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Auditor, you will be responsible for independently or collaboratively evaluating and verifying management systems, processes, and compliance practices across a range of industries.
Your role will ensure that organizations maintain quality, safety, and sustainability standards, while continuously improving their systems and performance.
- Plan, execute, and report on audits and assessments in line with international standards (e.g., ISO 9001)
- Assess the implementation and effectiveness of management systems and internal controls.
- Identify non-conformities and improvement opportunities, providing clients with actionable recommendations.
- Deliver clear and insightful audit reports and present findings to management teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional experts to enhance audit methodologies and maintain up-to-date technical knowledge.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in a technical, engineering, environmental, or business-related field.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of professional experience in quality, operations, compliance, or industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of one or more international standards (e.g., ISO 9001)
- Recognised auditor qualification (Lead Auditor or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel locally or internationally as part of audit assignments.
