About the Role 

Join our Consulting & Advisory team and help leading organizations unlock the full potential of digital transformation. We’re looking for a Lead Change Management Consultant who thrives on shaping changedriving innovation, and making an impact where strategy meets technology. 

 

What You’ll Do 

  • Partner with clients across industries to design and implement future-ready workplaces that boost productivity and collaboration. 

  • Lead interactive workshops and co-create solutions using agile and change management methods such as Scrum, Design Thinking, Change Impact Analysis and Lean Startup. 

  • Guide organizations through cultural and organizational change, ensuring smooth adoption of new technologies and ways of working. 

  • Develop user-centric strategies leveraging data analytics, automation, and cutting-edge digital tools. 

  • Act as a trusted advisor—building strong relationships and delivering insights that drive real impact. 

  • Prepare proposals and client presentations independently during acquisition and project phases. 

  • Drive the development of consulting methodologies and advisory elements in Organizational Change Management and Organizational Development. 

  • Collaborate with the consulting team to create design professional solutions and decision templates for clients and incorporate this into our Consulting portfolio. 

  • Enable organizations to successfully leverage digitalization through strategic analysis and tailored recommendations. 

 

What We’re Looking For 

  • A degree in Business, IT, Psychology, or a related field. 

  • 10+ years of consulting experience in organizational change management. 

  • Certifications in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) or Agile (Scrum Master, Agile Coach) are a plus. 

  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English. 

  • strategic mindset, curiosity for technology, and the ability to inspire teams. 

  • Analytical skills, professional team leadership, results orientation, and a high level of customer focus characterize you, as do team spirit, motivation, and enthusiasm. 

  • Willingness to travel and work closely with clients
