MANAGER INTERNATIONAL KEY ACCOUNT OPERATIONS EUROPE

LOCATION: Amsterdam, Netherlands.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Manager IKA Operations Europe, you are responsible for the analysis of IKA performance data, reporting and performance optimization.

You will analyze trade marketing data and provide insights to optimize promotional strategies, track performance, and support strategic decisions across IKA. Ensures clear reporting, actionable recommendations, and effective cross-functional collaboration.

Your main focus:

• Analyze sell-in, sell-out, promotional ROI, and performance trends
• Develop and maintain dashboards/reports for KPIs and insights
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making
• Recommend promotional strategy improvements (targeting, timing, mechanics)
• Monitor competitor promotions and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to share insights and align actions

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You like to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into impactful business actions. With 2–4 years of experience in FMCG, beauty/cosmetics, or retail, you combine strong analytical skills with commercial acumen, and you get the energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment. Other than that, you:

• Are proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), with experience managing large datasets and extracting insights.
• Understand trade marketing fundamentals, including promotional planning, trade spend optimization, and retail execution.
• Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Have experience working with or a strong interest in at least one of Coty’s core categories: makeup, skincare, or fragrance.
