About the Role:
We are seeking a PMO Lead with strong language skills in Dutch and English to oversee and manage project management office (PMO) functions in support of our ongoing programs. This role combines traditional PMO responsibilities with a focus on text translation and linguistic quality assurance, ensuring our communications meet both project and cultural standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage PMO activities across multiple projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
Translate various texts from English (or other source languages) into Dutch with high accuracy and clarity.
Maintain consistency in style, tone, and terminology across translated documents.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes, resource requirements, and reporting structures.
Ensure compliance with project-specific guidelines, including any regulatory or localization standards.
Utilize translation memory tools and other relevant software to enhance efficiency and consistency.
Track project performance, report on progress, and escalate issues as needed.
Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes and translation quality control.
