You will be part of the SQR Business Improvement Team, driving long-term strategy and leading cross-functional projects within the SQR department. While operational teams keep the business running, we help managers and teams step back, envision future goals, and build the capabilities needed to reach the next level of maturity.
As a Project Manager, you lead SQR projects to develop a best-in-class supplier base that supports company growth and Rituals' sustainability objectives. You empower the team to leverage data and technologies, transitioning to a more efficient, structured, and digitalized way of working. Collaboration is at the heart of what you do—building strong internal partnerships across departments and fostering reliable relationships with external suppliers.
Your work plays a key role in driving Rituals’ growth by strengthening end-to-end processes. Collaborating with diverse teams, you support the SQR Program Manager in delivering strategic programs that drive cost savings, optimize product lifecycle management, and elevate quality and compliance management.
