As our new Revenue Operations Specialist, you will be the analytical backbone of our commercial organization. Your primary challenge will be to deliver accurate and timely reporting and analyses that drive decision-making and ensure operational excellence across our revenue-generating teams.
From individual AE performance reports to the sales management report, you’ll be responsible for maintaining our monthly commercial reports. Furthermore, you are responsible for the accurate and on-time calculation and communication of the bonuses and commissions, you will be designing and maintaining real-time dashboards, and lead ad-hoc analysis that supports sales, customer success, and other teams. You will collaborate closely with the broader Revenue Operations team and report directly to the Head of Revenue Operations.
Sales Performance Reporting: Maintain and improve monthly sales and commercial performance reports
Bonus & Commission Management: Calculate bonuses and commissions with precision, manage timely payouts, and provide transparent communication to stakeholders on calculation logic.
Dashboard Ownership: Design, build, and maintain real-time dashboards in Looker, Databox, or similar tools to monitor KPIs and performance metrics across the funnel.
Individual AE Reporting: Create and share individual performance reports that help sales reps and managers track progress and improve results.
Revenue Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Assist in forecasting and pipeline management to ensure accurate revenue predictions. Monitor sales pipeline metrics and recommend improvements to optimize sales cycle efficiency and conversion rates
Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct analytical deep-dives on topics such as pick-up rates, churn trends, and onboarding effectiveness to support strategic decisions.
Process Optimization: Support the development of scalable reporting processes and the introduction of new metrics or reports aligned with company growth.
1–3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or a similar data-focused role within a commercial environment.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or adjacent field.
Strong analytical mindset and comfortable working with data and metrics.
Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with CRM platforms, and dashboarding tools such as Looker, Databox, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
Detail-oriented, with high standards for data accuracy and reporting quality.
Clear and confident communicator—able to explain data insights and pay-out structures effectively to commercial teams.
