Your responsibilities
As Sales Manager, you will take full ownership of key revenue-generating activities and play a central role in shaping Plancraft’s sales success. Your core responsibilities include:
Full Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to deal closing—ensuring a structured, efficient, and customer-friendly process.
Revenue Generation & Target Achievement: Drive new customer acquisition through both inbound and outbound efforts, and consistently meet or exceed individual and business sales goals.
Account Prioritization: Strategically prioritize accounts and opportunities to maximize sales efficiency and revenue impact.
Customer Consulting & Demos: Conduct high-impact online demos and personalized consultations to communicate Plancraft’s value.
Customer Experience: Ensure a pleasant and appreciated sales experience that builds trust and satisfaction among prospects and customers.
Company Representation: Represent Plancraft professionally at local trade fairs, partner events, and other external-facing opportunities.
Sales Playbook Optimization: Continuously refine and document the Dutch sales playbook based on real-world deal experience to accelerate onboarding and performance.
Insights & Collaboration: Surface key customer, product, and go-to-market (GTM) insights that inform cross-functional teams and support Plancraft’s ability to scale efficiently.
