As a SAP PI Consultant, you will:
- Design, develop, and implement A2A and B2B solutions using SAP PI/PO integration technologies, including IDOC, RFC, JDBC, File, ABAP Proxy, SOAP, HTTP, REST, SFTP, and JMS adapters.
- Develop UDFs, PI adapter modules, and implement ECC/CRM ABAP enhancements.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, write functional design documents, and deliver solutions within stipulated timelines.
- Support EDI implementations and establish governance rules in the integration environment.
- Analyze current operational procedures and recommend improvements in the integration landscape.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, provide end-user support, and coordinate with incident resolution teams.
- Work on international projects, collaborating with offshore teams to deliver successful implementations.
- Contribute to a minimum of two full project lifecycle implementations and roll outs.
- Follow and implement waterfall or agile project methodologies.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 6–8 years of experience as an SAP PI Consultant.
- Strong knowledge of SAP PI/PO architecture and integration technologies.
- Hands-on expertise in A2A and B2B solutions with adapters like IDOC, RFC, JDBC, File, SOAP, HTTP, REST, SFTP, and JMS.
- Proficiency in UDF coding, PI adapter module development, and ABAP enhancements.
- JAVA skills are a plus.
- Proven experience in EDI implementation.
- Excellent analytical and logical problem-solving skills with a fast-learning aptitude for new tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with business users and technical teams effectively.
- Experience in international projects and working with offshore teams.
- Familiarity with governance setup and operational procedure improvement in the integration environment.
