The position

As a Scrum Master at agap2, you take on the challenge within an international environment with a local focus. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects over the years, based on your experience and interests. Projects within industries such as Banking, Fintech, Telco, Retail, Sports, and Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

As an Scrum Master you will:

• Guide and challenge two already mature teams to become high-performing Dev(Sec)Ops/Scrum teams.
• Foster collaboration, motivation, and continuous improvement within and across teams.
• Bring energy and positivity to the team culture.
• Facilitate and optimize the use of our (scaled) Scrum framework.
• Collaborate closely with the Agile Lead and other Scrum Masters in our cluster (8 Agile professionals strong).

What you bring to the position

• HBO/WO degree
• 8+ years of Agile/Scrum Master experience, ideally in a technical environment
• Strong track record as a Senior Scrum Master within corporate IT and/or eCommerce
• Professional Scrum Master certification (PSM I and/or II required)
• Knowledge of Agile at scale (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, SPS) – certifications are a strong plus
• Excellent coaching, mentoring, and change management skills
• Ability to guide even senior team members and handle conflicts constructively
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels
• Experience with Dev(Sec)Ops practices is a big plus
• Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken & written) – required
