As a Senior Java Solution Designer / Architect, you will:
- Lead the architectural design and development of scalable Java-based enterprise solutions.
- Define the migration strategy and roadmap for legacy applications to modern platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software design, coding, testing, and deployment.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Over 10 years of experience in Java development, including at least 3+ years in a Solution Designer / Architect role.
- Strong knowledge of Java structure and frameworks, with a deep understanding of design patterns and architecture principles.
- Proven experience in application migration projects, including assessment, planning, and execution.
- Familiarity with Google Data Engineering tools and related competencies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
You should possess the ability to:
- Design end-to-end solutions tailored to business needs using Java technologies.
- Analyze existing systems and define clear migration strategies with minimal disruption.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend architectural enhancements.
- Guide and support development teams through implementation and troubleshooting.
- Produce high-quality technical documentation and architectural diagrams.
