As a Senior Technical Lead – Post Silicon Validation, you will:
- Lead and manage complex validation projects, ensuring best practices are followed across post-silicon validation processes.
- Serve as a technical consultant, participating in feasibility studies, risk assessments, and solution architecture.
- Drive the implementation of performance optimization and quality assurance measures across the validation lifecycle.
- Conduct in-depth code reviews, establish QA procedures, and ensure team adherence to high coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define scope, project objectives, and timelines, while proactively mitigating risks and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Support and mentor the technical team by enhancing their capabilities through hands-on leadership and expert-level guidance.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 8+ years of experience in post-silicon validation or semiconductor testing environments.
- Deep knowledge of Post Silicon Validation methodologies and real-world application in high-performance projects.
- Proficiency in C and C++ programming languages, specifically for validation and debugging purposes.
- Strong scripting expertise using Python for automation and internal tooling.
- Experience with performance optimization techniques, validation frameworks, and quality assurance strategies relevant to silicon validation.
