Hans im Glück Franchise GmbH is a dynamic and expanding casual food restaurant company. HANS IM GLÜCK stands for a special gastronomic experience with great products of the highest quality. The focus is on burgers, high-quality drinks and a unique atmosphere. There are currently almost 100 HANS IM GLÜCK locations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. We plan to open more restaurants in the Netherlands in the near future and are looking for enthusiastic team members who want to be part of this fantastic journey.

What you bring to the table:

• At least 3 years of experience in hospitality and a passion for the industry
• True team spirit
• Openness and enthusiasm
• Strong communication and motivational skills
• A hands-on mentality: you are proactive and get things done
• Service-oriented mindset and flexibility.

Your key responsibilities:

• Planning, creating, and managing work schedules for the service team
• As host/hostess, ensuring smooth service during your shift
• Handling reservations and resolving any complaints
• Ensuring compliance with HANS IM GLÜCK standards and legal guidelines
• At the end of your shift, preparing a daily report and conducting the monthly inventory.
