As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you are more than a recruiter — you are a strategic advisor and trusted partner to the business. You take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process and play a critical role in shaping how we attract, select, and hire top talent.
You work closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand business priorities, workforce needs, and team dynamics. You translate these into smart, forward-looking hiring strategies. You challenge assumptions, advise on role design and market realities, and ensure we make high-quality, future-proof hiring decisions.
You are responsible for driving recruitment processes from intake to offer, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience while maintaining high standards of quality, pace, and stakeholder alignment. When processes stall or expectations misalign, you step in, take the lead, and bring clarity and structure.
Beyond filling roles, you actively contribute to strengthening our employer brand, improving recruitment processes, and building scalable talent acquisition practices. You use data and insights to continuously refine your approach and elevate the function from operational execution to strategic impact.

Experience & Skills:
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner or senior recruiter in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Strong ability to act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, influencing decisions and challenging assumptions when needed.
Hands-on ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes, from intake to offer.
Excellent understanding of candidate experience, employer branding, and recruitment best practices.
Strong data and technology skills: able to analyze TA metrics, build dashboards, and leverage ATS systems to drive insights and optimize recruitment processes.
