Account Manager — Existing Business Expansion

DataSnipper is a $1B+ unicorn transforming audit and finance with over 500,000 users across 125+ countries. As we scale, expanding our footprint within existing customers is mission-critical. We are hiring Account Managers across all segments to help accelerate this growth. 

As an Account Manager, you will own a book of existing business and be responsible for driving revenue through cross-sell, upsell, and expansion motions. You will proactively identify growth opportunities, engage key stakeholders, and execute strategic plays to expand our presence and impact within your accounts.

You will partner closely with Customer Success, Product, and Sales to deliver exceptional customer outcomes while growing your accounts in a scalable, repeatable way.  

 

What You’ll Do 

  • Own and grow a portfolio of existing customers across Strategic, Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB segments 

  • Build deep, multi-threaded relationships and uncover whitespace to expand product usage 

  • Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned to customer priorities and evolving needs 

  • Lead commercial conversations and negotiate renewals and expansions 

  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure strong adoption and measurable value realization 

  • Surface customer insights and expansion blockers to help shape product and go-to-market strategies 

  • Deliver accurate expansion forecasts and consistently exceed growth targets 

 

What You Bring 

  • 2–5+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a focus on driving expansion and growth within existing accounts 

  • Proven success in upselling, cross-selling, and developing growth strategies in software/SaaS 

  • Excellent commercial and strategic acumen with the ability to align customer challenges to solutions 

  • Strong relationship builder with executive-level communication and influence skills 

  • Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment 

  • Collaborative team player who works cross-functionally to drive outcomes
