As our Café Manager at The Social Hub Amsterdam City, you’ll be the beating heart of our on-site café. You’ll lead a passionate team of baristas and create a space that’s buzzing with energy, great coffee, and even better service. From daily operations and team leadership to guest satisfaction and financial performance, you’ll oversee it all. You’ll work closely with the F&B Manager and cross-functional teams to make sure every visit is a memorable one.

We’re looking for someone who can lead by example, build strong local partnerships, and keep service sharp, even during the busiest rushes. What You’ll Do

  • Lead the café team on the floor, coaching and motivating them to shine during every shift
  • Oversee daily operations and service quality, making sure everything runs like clockwork
  • Making sure that health, safety, and hygiene standards are always up to par
  • Handle guest feedback with care and find solutions
  • Collaborate with local partners and suppliers to keep the café fresh and relevant
  • Work with marketing to bring fun promotions and activations to life
  • Monitor costs and revenue, working towards hitting key business targets
  • Onboard and train new team members, helping them grow into their best selves

What You’ll Have

  • 1+ years of leadership experience in hospitality (café, bar, restaurant – you name it)
  • A hands-on, guest-first attitude and a knack for motivating teams
  • Strong operational skills with a solid grip on budgets and service standards
  • A creative, proactive approach to improving the guest experience
  • Passion for hospitality and a love for high-quality coffee and food
  • Fluent in English, Dutch is a big plus
