Job Description

• assist in developing strategies that anticipate new and existing regulations, with a strong focus on risk and integrity, financial and digital regulations, and consumer protection;
• support the implementation of process improvements and sustainable solutions that contribute to an organization that conducts its business with integrity;
• apply data and technology to differentiate from the traditional compliance way of working by being innovative and risk minded;
• identify risks and improve control measures;
• help clients innovate their businesses with the development of new products;
• contribute to internal propositions and committees, and develop yourself by joining training programs.

• have a broad interest and completed a master's program in fields like Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Sustainability, Public Administration, Organizational Sciences, Criminology, or Law;
• have affinity with the financial sector;
• have strong interpersonal skills and a professional attitude, including the ability to build relationships with both clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds;
• be proactive with a hands on mentality;
• have an excellent command of the Dutch and English language.
