We are seeking a data-driven CRO Specialist to join our eCommerce team and play a crucial role in optimising our Direct Sales channel: the Fairphone Website.
Your primary focus will be on increasing conversion rates for our four main products. Secondarily, we want you to focus on boosting AOV, and CLV and enhancing self-service capabilities for our customers.
You will leverage your analytical skills and experimentation expertise to identify opportunities, drive data-driven decisions within the team, and collaborate closely with Development, UX/UI, Marketing, and Product teams to implement impactful solutions. You will be responsible for driving the Experimentation Roadmap.
Success in this role requires a blend of analytical rigor, a relentless curiosity about user behaviour, and a proactive, experimental mindset, all while driving quantifiable improvements in our core business metrics.
Increase Conversion Rate: Continuously identify and implement opportunities to improve the percentage of website visitors who complete a purchase.
Increase Cross-sell / Average Order Value (AOV): Develop and execute strategies to encourage customers to purchase more items or higher-value products during their journey.
Increase Customer Livetime value: Drive strategies to foster long-term customer relationships, encourage repeat purchases, and maximize the overall value.
Proven CRO Expertise (2-6 years): Demonstrated experience in the full experimentation lifecycle, with a track record of increasing conversion rates.
Advanced Web Analytics (GA4): proficiency in GA4 for in-depth data analysis, segment creation, and translating data into actionable insights. Experience with Google Tag Manager is a plus.
UX & Design Thinking Application: Solid understanding of UX principles and practical experience applying Design Thinking methodologies.
Experimentation Roadmap Ownership: Ability to define, maintain, and strategically prioritize an experimentation roadmap based on data and business objectives for maximum impact.
Master A/B Testing Tooling: knowledge and practical experience with several A/B testing platforms (VWO, Bloomreach).
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively partner with Development, UX/UI, Marketing, and Sales teams.
English Proficiency: excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
