About us

We’re looking for a hands-on and inspiring Customer Success Team Manager to lead and develop a team of six Affiliate Managers.
Your mission is to guide your team toward strong, sustainable commercial results while nurturing long-term partnerships and ensuring a smooth, value-driven experience for our affiliates.

This role blends strategic thinking with day-to-day team leadership. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to support our growth in the casual dating vertical, while keeping your main focus on coaching your team, elevating client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, coach, and grow a team of six Affiliate Managers through structured guidance, goal-setting, and ongoing feedback.

  • Build a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement.

  • Ensure strong collaboration between Customer Success / Affiliate Management and key partners: Commercial Control, Pricing, Strategic Partnerships, Tech, Data, and Marketing.

  • Support team performance through clear targets and structured follow-ups.

Customer Success & Partnerships

  • Strengthen long-term partnerships with key affiliates and ensure they receive consistent value, support, and commercial guidance.

  • Oversee partner segmentation and help the team focus on acquisition, retention, and share-of-wallet growth.

  • Represent Advidi externally when relevant (conferences, partner meetings), showcasing our collaborative approach and market presence.

  • Foster win-win cooperation that encourages mutual growth and innovation.

Strategic & Commercial Contribution

  • Contribute to the broader growth strategy for the casual dating vertical by sharing insights from the field.

  • Translate market trends and performance data into opportunities your team can act on.

  • Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to align operational execution with commercial plans.

Data & Performance Management

  • Own key performance indicators for your team, including revenue growth, retention, and profitability across accounts.

  • Use data insights to guide decision-making, optimise team focus, and drive stronger outcomes.

  • Collaborate with Tech and Reporting teams to ensure tools, dashboards, and workflows support efficient scaling.

Required skills:
  • 5+ years of experience managing commercial client portfolios in a fast-paced, data-driven industry (affiliate, media, SaaS, or e-commerce preferred)

  • 3+ years in team leadership or customer success management (leading people directly)

  • Proven experience growing affiliate programs or managing commercial customer portfolios

  • Strong mix of strategic thinking and hands-on leadership

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Solid understanding of commercial planning, pricing, and partnership dynamics

  • Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
