The Global Addressable Media team is working across London and Amsterdam, delivering digital media services to connect brands with consumers via best-in-class digital ad experiences and drive sustainable growth. What are you going to do?
As a Digital Media Strategy Lead you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic excellence across one or multiple client accounts. You will be responsible for managing a team and overseeing the day-to-day delivery of strategic outputs. By becoming a strategic business partner for our clients you’ll help deliver on their business objectives and dive into audience insights, performance data and other data sources to set a strategical direction. You’ll do this in close collaboration with specialist teams, client leadership and partners.
In this role, you will use that strategic direction to drive innovation and ensure that media solutions are not only creatively ambitious but also rooted in business impact. You’ll be expected to deliver proactive thought leadership, contribute to award-worthy work, and help elevate the agency’s strategic reputation through client engagement and internal initiatives.

What are your to achieve?
The purpose of a Digital Strategy Lead is to manage media strategists and/or lead on day-to-day deliverables across one or more client accounts, guiding business objectives, insight generation, cultural narratives, media briefs, creative media solutions, strategic points of view, and go-to-market activations. You will also be responsible for delivering thought leadership and award-worthy ideas that elevate both client outcomes and the agency’s strategic reputation.
You'll drive the strategic vision, development, and execution of integrated media strategies for high-profile clients. Working closely with client leads, media teams, and cross-functional partners, you’ll ensure that all strategic outputs are aligned with broader business goals and deliver measurable impact.
