Job Title: Dutch Speaking Customer Support Advisor
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (On-Site)
Salary: EUR 2045 gross (x12 months) + EUR 100 performance bonus
Contract: Permanent

Job Overview

We are currently looking for Native Dutch speakers (C1–C2, Netherlands standard — no Flemish accents) with B2 English to join a Customer Support team in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Responsibilities

Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
Assist Dutch-speaking customers with inquiries and issues
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Accurately document interactions in internal systems
Follow company service standards and procedures

Requirements

Dutch (C1–C2, near-native — Netherlands standard only)
English B2 minimum
Strong communication skills
Basic computer literacy

Documents Accepted

EU Citizenship
Residency card (valid for more than 1 year)
Refugee card

Please note:
Work permits and Blue Cards are not accepted.

Salary

EUR 2045 gross per month (x12) + EUR 100 performance bonus
