Role Overview
The Finance Planning & Analysis Analyst supports strategic decision-making across the business by delivering accurate and insightful financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting. The role translates complex financial data into clear insights for Finance Business Partners and leadership, ensures consistent reporting across functions and markets, and contributes to strategic initiatives through modeling, business case support, and ad hoc analysis.
In addition, the role plays an important part in maintaining and improving financial tools, templates, and dashboards, and in driving continuous improvement of FP&A processes.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis, Reporting & Planning
Collaborate with Finance Business Partners to provide analytical and data support.
Support monthly reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Assist with period close activities and reporting cycles.
Models, Tools & Data Quality
Maintain and update financial models, templates, and dashboards for FP&A processes.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across systems.
Support tool usage and process documentation.
Context and Scope
This is a foundational FP&A role providing analytical support for planning, reporting, and variance analysis. The role is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, maintaining models and tools, and supporting period close and reporting cycles. You will work closely with Finance Business Partners and FP&A leadership to support decision-making through high-quality data, analysis, and insights.

Education & Professional Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
Knowledge of financial systems and modeling tools (Excel, SAP, BI platforms)
Knowledge / Experience
5–8 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or similar roles
Strong financial modeling skills and advanced Excel proficiency
Good understanding of financial statements and business performance
Experience with reporting tools such as Anaplan, Power BI, or Tableau
Ability to work independently and influence without authority
