Fund Accountant (medior)

In this role, you will manage the financial administration of our investment funds and ensure high-quality reporting and compliance with regulations. As our portfolio continues to expand, we are seeking a candidate who is enthusiastic about taking on additional responsibilities.

• Preparing and reviewing financial statements;
• Reviewing accounting activities, including accruals, interest calculations, sales bookings, movements in investment properties, lease incentives, intangible assets, and service charge reconciliations in accordance with Dutch GAAP and IFRS;
• Preparing and reviewing distributions and capital calls;
• Preparing and reviewing cash flow statements;
• Preparing client-specific periodic (fund) reports;
• Coordinating CIT and VAT filings;
• Preparing audit files and assisting with statutory audits;
• Following up on and coordinating client-specific accounting and/or fund-related requests;
• Managing relationship contacts regarding internal and external matters.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Knowledge of Dutch GAAP;
• ACCA certification is a plus;
• 2–3 years of experience in fund accounting or financial services, preferably in fund management;
• Strong understanding of fund administration, including NAV calculation processes and regulatory requirements;
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills;
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities;
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a proactive and collaborative approach;
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams;
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
