Target Customer Demographics:
Our primary customer base consists of couples and groups of friends aged between 30 and 60 who not only appreciate excellent cuisine but also value the importance of a delightful dining atmosphere.
Daily Covers:
On a bustling day, we serve between 100 and 130 covers, often involving double shifts to accommodate our guests.
Kitchen Team Dynamics:
Our kitchen operates as a collaborative team comprising approximately 3 to 4 dedicated individuals. The team is relatively young and enthusiastic, actively seeking structure and guidance. We are in need of a reliable individual who can provide stability, motivate the team, and impart culinary expertise.
Requirements for the Head Chef Position in a Standalone Restaurant:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at our standalone restaurant.
The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:
1. Proficient Communication and Adaptability:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively coordinate with the kitchen team, front-of-house staff, and management.

2. HACCP Standards Expertise:
