We are seeking an experienced IAM Architect to lead the design and implementation of Identity and Access Management solutions for large-scale engagements. The ideal candidate will possess a deep technical understanding of IAM technologies, particularly IBM Security Identity Manager, and will work closely with enterprise, application, and infrastructure architects to deliver robust, scalable, and secure IAM solutions.
Architect IAM solutions for complex enterprise environments.
Lead meetings and collaborate independently with enterprise, application, and infrastructure architects.
Integrate IAM systems with a variety of IT infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments.
Conduct technical assessments, audits, and reviews to ensure compliance with security standards.
Develop, document, and enforce IAM policies, procedures, and standards.
Work with internal security teams and business units to align IAM strategies with enterprise IT goals.
Design and deliver solution artifacts and contribute to IAM Center of Excellence (CoE) development.
Assist in due diligence, pre-sales, and client solutioning activities.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to competency development.
Stay current with emerging IAM technologies and trends.
Primary Skills:
Proven experience designing, implementing, and managing IAM solutions.
Deep knowledge of IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM) or IBM Identity Manager integration and administration.
Strong understanding of server and network architecture.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues independently.
Experience with IAM-related audits, patching, performance tuning, and maintenance.
Additional Skills:
Experience working in enterprise environments and interacting with customer architecture boards.
Proficiency in creating architecture, design, and due diligence documentation.
Familiarity with access governance, provisioning/de-provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and identity lifecycle management.
Willingness to learn and adapt to other leading IAM products and solutions.
Strong knowledge of compliance standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOX).
