Requirements

Who you are
A driven and curious young professional interested in performance marketing or a relevant field. Someone that loves leveraging data to drive marketing decisions, experimenting with new growth tactics, and writing ads copies.
In this role, you will need to be extremely well-organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with various digital ad platforms. You will work to optimize digital campaigns across various channels, write ads and landing page copy, analyze performance data, and help refine strategies to maximize ROI. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, paid media, and analytics. You will have a great opportunity at Qogita to learn and grow as an individual and team member within a fast-paced scaling-up business that thrives on a unique culture and set of values.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Basic Google Ads certifications (could be as part of university degree)
  • Familiarity with various ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
  • Experience or willingness to learn lead generation techniques, including the use of web scrapers and automation tools
  • Proficient in Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and proactive in problem-solving.
