About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our growing team at TRACT. In this role, you will be responsible to lead teams in shaping the product and driving the development of our sustainability insights platform. You will collaborate closely with engineering, data science, design, and other stakeholders to build solutions that meet the needs of our customers while advancing our mission to drive sustainability across the agriculture and food sectors. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced product manager who is passionate about sustainability and wants to make a tangible impact in one of the most critical industries in the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer-Centric Development: Use customer feedback, market research, and data to define features and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that our platform delivers real value to users.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, data science, and other teams to bring the product vision to life, ensuring that each feature is delivered on time and meets business objectives.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Own the entire product lifecycle from ideation to delivery, constantly iterating and optimizing based on customer feedback and business impact.
- Go-to-Market Execution: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure successful product launches, adoption, and post-launch optimization.
- Metrics & Impact: Define and monitor key product metrics, ensuring that features and products meet performance goals and drive measurable results for the business.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of innovation by identifying opportunities for product enhancements and staying ahead of market trends and competitor offerings.
About You
Experience:
- 3+ years of product management experience, ideally with experience in SaaS, AgTech, or sustainability-focused products.
- Proven track record of managing complex products from concept to launch, working with cross-functional teams to execute on vision and goals
Skills:
- Strong experience with data-driven product development and an understanding of how to leverage customer insights to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product ideas and technical concepts to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, including experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- A collaborative team player with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
