SAP GRC Risk Management Consultant.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP GRC Risk Management Consultant with over 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and Security & Authorization (S&A) areas. This role is based in Amsterdam with partial remote flexibility, but candidates must be located in the Netherlands or willing to relocate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP S/4HANA GRC and Security/Authorization modules.
  
• Understand and address business users’ day-to-day queries related to governance and compliance.
  
• Participate actively in the ACCB (Access Control Change Board) to review, approve, or reject change requests.
  
• Support ongoing and upcoming SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives with GRC/S&A expertise.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and security alignment across business processes.
  
• Provide documentation, recommendations, and best practices on security roles, access risks, and compliance controls
  

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA GRC and Security/Authorization.
  
• Strong knowledge of risk analysis, access control, and audit management in SAP environments.
  
• Previous experience with change control processes (ACCB) and managing complex compliance requirements.
  
• Proven track record of supporting large SAP S/4HANA programs, particularly in governance and compliance streams.
  
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  
• Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
  
• Must be based in the Netherlands or open to relocating.
