SAP S/4HANA Asset Management (Plant Maintenance)

• 8-10 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, specifically within Asset Management (SAP Plant Maintenance).
  
• At least 2 years of full lifecycle SAP implementations for SAP PM.
  
• Hands-on experience with SAP PM and S/4HANA implementation, enhancement, and optimization.
  
• Experience leading functional teams and collaborating with other functional and technical experts in SAP PM projects.
  

Essential Skills:

• Strong SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) experience, including configuration, testing, and delivering solutions aligned with client needs.
  
• Proficient in Reactive Maintenance, Proactive Maintenance, Maintenance Notifications, Maintenance Orders, Preventive Maintenance, Maintenance Scheduling, and the Refurbishment Process.
  
• Ability to configure SAP PM, create functional specifications, and deliver solutions that meet client standards.
  
• Experience in test case creation, script development, and execution of tests to validate SAP PM functionality.
  
• Planning and executing SAP Implementation, Development, and Optimization in SAP PM.
  
• Comfortable in leading functional teams and providing guidance on SAP PM solutions.
  
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction, leading workshops, and presenting solutions.
