Integration Manager (SAP Solutions)

As an SAP Solution Integration Manager in ERP Continuous Improvement team, you will guide the successful design and delivery of integrated SAP solutions for Onitsuka Tiger. You will coordinate a team of Senior SAP Consultants while working closely with global domain Solution Architects to validate and approve fit-for-purpose solutions. You will play a key role in early discovery and creation of high-level design, actively steering cross-stream integrated design discussions, and owning the end-to-end solution delivery process focused on driving continuous improvements in our technical landscape.

How you will help us:

Based in our Hoofddorp office and reporting to Hayashi-san, IT Manager for Onitsuka Tiger, as part of the role you will:

• Own integral solution design and direction. You will guide high-level design discussions across domains, safeguarding functional standards and solution consistency and ensuring that solution design complies with wider project scope (incl. project and change cost estimations) and adheres to ASICS Enterprise Architecture guiding principles and SAP global template fit.
  
  
• Lead technical build process. You will coordinate a team of SAP Consultants ( in Finance, DTC, SCM/O2C, MDM) to design, develop, and implement SAP technical solutions, ensuring all solutions are fit for purpose and cross-stream impact is identified and mitigated.
  
  
• Safeguard efficient solution delivery. You partner with stakeholders and teams across the organisation (PMs, change management and training teams, Solution Architects, external vendors etc.) to secure seamless solution delivery, removing roadblocks, supporting smooth implementation and rapid issue resolution during UAT and Go-live. 
  
  
• Champion continuous improvement. You will work closely with other Integration Managers, Enterprise Architects, PMO team and other stakeholders on improving the delivery of our projects and will stay up to date with SAP technologies and industry best practices to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization.
  
  
• Actively engage stakeholders for alignment. You will provide visibility of progress, issues, and risks to key stakeholders involved in solution design, implementation, and delivery.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in SAP technologies and Project Management. You have at least 7 years of experience in the delivery of large-scale SAP implementations for multi-country organizations, with solid exposure to S/4 HANA.

• Strong collaboration skills.  You work effectively with cross-functional teams and departments to achieve goals and are able to provide clear direction and leadership to the delivery team.
  
  
• Excellent communication skills. You employ effective presentation and communication skills with various stakeholders (technical teams, business leaders, end-users).
   
• Solid negotiation and relationship management capabilities. You successfully manage external vendor relationships with a focus on accountability and quality and actively negotiate with internal and external colleagues, customers, and vendors to align on build requirements and set the right priorities and direction.
