Experience in development and customization of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (Employee Service Management) applications, including HR Case Management, HR Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center (Portal), Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions (Lifecycle Events), Employee Document Management, and Performance Analytics for HR
Integration experience with HRSM/HRIS systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
Integration experience with directories, such as Active Directory using methods such as LDAPs, Web Services, JDBC, SFTP integration experience
Knowledge of unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, user acceptance testing, or any client-specific testing
Experience with developing ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, one or more Web Services, XML, HTML, and CSS
Must be ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist in HRSD
Should possess knowledge in Agile/Scrum methodology
Basic knowledge of ITIL/industry standards and HRSD processes
Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Desirable Skills:
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM
ITIL V3/V4 foundation certification
Service Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
